Often being the case that they wish to claim a refund, most are aware that you cannot claim a refund if you book directly with air blue, this is a part of the airlines terms and conditions and is made very clear on the card payment form.
If you made your air blue booking directly with the airline and purchased through their website you should contact the airline’s reservations department. Please also note that if you purchase an e-ticket with airblue for a third party i.e. your friend, relative or even your family member you must get your card details verified and have your e ticket signed by an air blue staff member at the airport, therefore the person purchasing your e ticket must present his/her identity at the check in counter.
