Booking made by credit / debit card online with PIA directly

Booking terms and conditions vary significantly if booking directly with the airline, most tickets are restrictive and are not flexible therefore customers should check carefully the conditions applicable on each individual ticket purchases through the PIA website.

For tickets purchased through an appointed PIA travel agency such as Mushtaq Travel there is no requirement to produce your credit or debit card at the checking counters and almost all tickets excluding certain advance purchase and promotional fares are refundable subject to applicable cancellation fees and dte changes are allowed at a cost of £75.00 plus any difference in the fare for your preferred travel date.

If you have booked your flight directly on the pia website: www.piac.com.pk please note we will not be able to assist you with your booking or any enquiries relating to your purchase on the pia website.
