PIA Reservations and Terms of Carriage
PIA flights can be booked 24 hours 7 days a week, from any authorised reseller i.e an appointed PIA travel agent or directly at the airlines offices.
PIA offer seat selection on all international and domestic flights where possible, seat selection may change without notice to the passenger depending on the aircraft type allocated, on some occasions PIA change aircraft type at the last minute and therefore seat allocations will be amended and have to be rebooked at the airport check in counters, the airline does not currently offer online check in facility, all checkins will have to be made in person and a valid visa will need to produced.
Children are not normally accepted for travel without an adult, the airline can only accommodate unaccompanied minors if arranged well in advance of your travel dates.
Discounts for senior citizens will only be provided on selected economy classes and business classes.
The airline will repatriate dead bodies of any pakistani citizen free of charge when arranged through a registered funeral services provider, the airline will guarantee 1 seat to accompany the body at a discounted rate.
Tickets on departure will be provided subject to seat availability which will be charged at the highest economy class fare.
Changes are normally permitted free of charge in either direction if done 7 days prior to the departure date.
Refunds are not permitted for part used tickets on economy class promotional fares.
