COVID-19 WAIVER

When making your booking with us today, you acknowledge that:

Current Government guidance advises against all but essential international travel for my protection, products, services and facilities included in my booking may be subject to short notice change, closure, intermittent availability.
Additional measures (including cleaning, enhanced health screening procedures and social distancing) may be in place.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any travel safety policies including pre departure and arrival covid 19 testing put in place by airports, airlines or other travel providers as required.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have completed all health declaration forms, including passenger locator forms as per destination country requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid and adequate travel insurance cover in place.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid visa and passport including requirements when transiting through other countries.

Any loss or damage suffered, including in relation to curtailment or cancellation of any aspect of the booking.
Any loss or damage suffered as a result of Covid-19 Positive Test Results or Covid-19 Positive Contact Tracing.
Any loss or damage suffered as a result of denied boarding including but not limited to having incorrect/insufficient travel documents.
Any restrictions put in place by the countries Government where you are travelling to and or transiting through.
Any restrictions put in place by the UK Government when travelling from and returning to.
